Folder Selected - Ready for Search
After selecting a folder, the application displays the chosen path and updates the file count found within the directory. This screen confirms that the application is ready to perform searches within the specified folder. The search bar and various search options become available to the user, enhancing the user interface for a seamless experience.
Exclude Files/Folders Feature
In this screen, the user can exclude specific files or directories from the search. By checking or unchecking the boxes next to each file or folder, users can fine-tune their search, making it more relevant by excluding irrelevant or confidential data. This feature is particularly useful for large data sets where certain folders do not need to be searched.
Ongoing Search with Multiple Terms
During the search process, the application displays real-time progress in the progress bar. In this instance, two search terms were entered, separated by a comma, with the 'Any Words' option selected. This allows the application to search for either of the terms across the selected files, demonstrating the flexibility of the search functionality.

Each row represents a file where the search terms were found, with details such as file name, file path, last modified date, words found, and the page or slide where the terms were located. With the 'View Occurrences' feature, users can see exactly where search terms are located within files. This breakdown allows for an easy review of text snippets with highlighted search terms, helping users find relevant sections quickly and without having to open the full file immediately.

Using the 'Match Word' option refines the search to match whole words exactly, providing more precise results. This screen illustrates the search results when this option is enabled, showing only those files where the exact words are found, which is particularly useful for finding specific terms without partial matches.
